Return Policy for Stock Items


At Sports Accessories Inc, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we're here to help. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our return policy for stock items outlined below:


  1. Eligibility:

   - Only stock items purchased directly from The Aggie Shop (DBA Sports Accessories Inc.) are eligible for return.

   - Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. This Includes ALL N.I.L. Merchandise.

   - Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

   - Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.


  1. Return Period:

   - You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

   - After the specified return period, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.


  1. Return Process:

   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team either by visiting the store at 250 North Solano, Las Cruces New Mexico, phone or email within the return period.


  1. Return Shipping:

   - Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

   - We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned item(s) reach us safely.

   - Sports Accessories Inc. will not be held liable for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process.


  1. Refund or Exchange:

   - Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your return.

   - If the return is approved, you will have the option to receive a refund or exchange the item(s) for a replacement.

   - Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and exchanges will be subject to product availability.


  1. Restocking Fee:

   - A restocking fee may be applicable for certain returns, such as large or bulky items, or items that require extensive repackaging.

   - The restocking fee, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund or exchange value.


  1. Exceptions:

   - The following items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part:

     - Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

     - Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable".
